In the first year of business, we will collaborate with the five largest energy companies in the United Kingdom. In the second year, we will expand our operations to include the largest energy companies in Europe. By third year, we will target the largest energy companies in East Asia, the United States, and Middle East. Additionally, throughout these years, we will approach other factories, electric car manufacturers, solar energy companies, and the government sector.
Awareness Information:
There are six major types of power plants: Fossil Fuel, Hydroelectric, Solar Thermal, Nuclear Power, Geothermal Power, and Wind Power. (more information on each power station under: POWER COMPANIES PAGE.)
Depending on the fuel that a power plant uses, it can cost up to 400 million dollars a year to generate the electricity needed to supply consumers. Considering that the largest power plant companies operate more than one power plant in any country, even if we were to charge 20 million dollars a year for the use of the C.R.-Mfee product, they would still be saving hundreds of millions of dollars annually This is why our charges and the profit we will generate makes sense and is feasible. These are the main employees that will be needed to begin with while creating the prototype. As the company grows, more people will be employed thereafter.

MARKETING
The license fee for the product and service will be ten million dollars per year. However, we could charge up to twenty million dollars annually due to the nature of the business, with a 10% of their profit. The product will be assembled at our premises in four parts, then delivered and mounted by us on the client's premises. We will conduct monthly inspections for power plant companies and factories. For electric car manufacturers, we will charge a one-time upfront fee of twenty million dollars and 10% of their net profit car sales worldwide. For solar energy companies, we will charge a one-time upfront fee of ten million dollars and 10% of their net profit. For the government sector, if they contribute funds at the start of the business, they will receive a 50% discount on the product and services, and for Airliners 20 million a year with a 10% of their world wide profit. with all these charges and percentage of profit world wide, from all these companies, we are talking at around 70 to over 100 billions a year. Not bad for investing just one million on my C.R.-Mfee.
Level of pricing compared to competitors:
Since it is an innovative product/service unlike other in existence, and a trade secret for now, there are no competitors to compare with. The price reflects a premium than normal due to the value it offers. Furthermore, it is impossible to create a similar version of the C.R.-Mfee without infringing on copyright.
Sales and Marketing techniques:
Arranging meetings with the appropriate company representatives to demonstrate and explain in person how our product is beneficial to their business, providing a 99% potential for closing the deal.

Furthermore, in the future, we will target consumers who use electricity by building our own small-scale power plant that will generate enough electricity for the small towns and villages that exist between cities. Building a C.R.-Mfee small-scale power plant costs a fraction compared to how much other power plants cost to build and run. Since there are more villages and towns than cities, you can imagine the profit that is to be made. Even more good news, we could charge each household and business sector £50.00 a month at a fixed price for ten years and still make a very healthy profit due to the low cost maintenance in running the power station.

While the prototype and beyond
While working on the prototype product, which will take nine to twelve months to complete, we will be conducting various campaigns to raise awareness and attract the attention of potential investors, government sectors, science organizations, and the public This will be achieved through, advertising, posting monthly progress videos on our website, interviews, and press articles about the C.R.-fee. Once the prototype is completed, we will invite the Prime Minister, or the president, the Mayor, the Minister of State for Business, Industrial Energy and Clean, and possibly even His Royal Highness King Charles II, who is a strong advocate of a cleaner environment, for an exclusive private viewing. With significant press coverage, we will get global attention, making investors, private sectors, and the government more inclined to invest from the prototype to a production-level business, C.R.-Mfee as a leading company with no competitors.
Furthermore, a few days after the private viewing, we will also arrange a public viewing where the public will be invited to see the prototype in action for a £2.00 fee, with children under 12 admitted free, to encourage families to have a day out. Additionally, visitors will have the opportunity to write comments, ideas, suggestions, and questions on a card as they exit. This public viewing of the C.R.-Mfee will provide us with unprecedented publicity. In time, we can create a small museum for the millions of tourists who visit England each year, charging a £2.00 entry fee, which would contribute to the success of the C.R.-Mfee. (Remember! Every drop of water will eventually become an ocean)
Where will some of the funds of one million pounds will go?
Given that leasing the required property costs around £100,000 per year, with a minimum lease term of three to five years, and requiring extensive disclosure of our activities on the premises, it would be more prudent to purchase the property. For a similar expenditure, we could acquire the property for approximately £500,000, which would provide both living quarters and an outbuilding for work within one acre of land, all within walking distance of each other. Additionally, purchasing the property would give us £400,000 in collateral to address any unforeseen issues during the construction of the C.R.-Mfee prototype, which would not be available if we opted for leasing, given the three to five-year payment demands.
Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineers:
Given that I need to keep the expenditure to a maximum of £150,000, two mechanical engineers and two electrical engineers who are proficient in using certain computer programs to create mechanical designs, and who graduated at the top of their class, along with an engineering project manager with a minimum of five years' experience, will be more than enough.
Therefore, in order to stay within the £150,000 budget, we will employ two students who have just graduated at the top of their class and pay them £25,000 each for that year and £50,000 to the experienced project manager engineer. With a contract that upon the of securing funds to take the prototype to full production, they will then be employed by the C.R.-Mfee Company on a full contract thereafter with increased wages as standard. They will be under the guidance of the experienced engineer project manager and myself, the inventor of the C.R.-Mfee. Besides, the top graduates would not have spent all those years studying in a classroom with just paperwork, as their studies towards their master's degree would have included firsthand manual labor work to gain some experience as well. That being said, if there are any very experienced engineers out there who can show enthusiasm, interest, and believe in our project and are also willing to settle for what we can only pay taking the C.R.-Mfee to the prototype stage, then you are welcome with open arms to join us.
Other Staff Expenditures:
A budget of £100,000 in wages for a year will also include a company secretary, a cook to prepare breakfast and the staff, two night guards with dogs if possible to guard the premises at night, and two cleaners to keep the living quarters clean and tidy. These employees will have the opportunity to continue working with us beyond the successful completion of the prototype, at which point their wages will be increased by 30% and will receive 500 free shares each, provided they all agree to be paid within the £100,000 budget.

With the purchase of the premises, engineers, other staff wages, and insurances totaling £760,000, the remaining £240,000 is more than sufficient to complete the C.R.-Mfee prototype. This is primarily because the construction is straightforward and cost-effective, as the most complex aspect of the C.R.-Mfee is the formula, known only to me and the investors. Additionally, since we have purchased the premises, we have at least £400,000 in collateral capital if needed. Furthermore, it is possible to construct the prototype with £240,000, as the companies we will be doing business with for materials will cooperate by giving us significant, cooperation, knowing that we will bring much more business their way in the future.

These are just a few possibilities, as the C.R.-Mfee structure is so universal that it can either be integrated into other technologies, elevating them to new levels, or create entirely new kinds of technology that were previously impossible, solely through the knowledge and application of magnetic forces in the way I do. The C.R.-Mfee should be considered a new branch of science that deals exclusively with magnetic forces. Whether it will be accepted by the scientific community is another matter.
I am not claiming to have all the solutions for a better tomorrow, but I do have something with the C.R.-Mfee that contributes towards a brighter future more efficiently, with the potential of reducing 90% of pollution and other environmental issues.
The C.R.-Mfee has been invented with people in mind, as well as for reducing expenditures within companies, and addressing pollution and other environmental problems far more effectively than anything else in existence.
