First and foremost, I would like to say that whoever does business with me and hears me out will be taken to new directions of discovery, research, experiments, and technology not tried before. I know that if someone already knew what I know, we would have heard about it by now. Therefore, I am confident that I have something no one else have. With the right funds and engineers, the C.R.-Mfee can become a new kind of energy that will replace all other energies, reducing pollution and other environmental issues by 90% Moreover, it will be 90% cheaper for any company compared to their current production costs. I only need one company or one government from any country to lead the way with this technology of the C.R.-Mfee (Chain Reaction Magnetic Force Engineered Energy).

These are my terms and conditions, which have a good reason behind them, as you will understand as you read on. Therefore, any company wishing to see the trade secret of the C.R.-Mfee will first need to put £350,000 British Pounds Sterling on the table before they can view it. This amount will be considered as funding my work, and in return, you will receive thank you shares with a mutual agreement contract that will be honoured as legal share tender once the company is established, registered, and profitable by £5 million. Your thank you shares for the £350,000 funded to disclose the trade secret of the C.R.-Mfee would earn you 300,000 thank you shares. therefore I am not only disclosing the secret, but I am also giving you shares, and not only that, but you can then buy 50% of the copyright of the C.R.-Mfee by making me a reasonable offer, in which I know you will, once I have disclosed the secret. but without that £350,000 upfront, there is not disclosure of my invention, is as simple as that, and it will only be disclosed to the first company or investor that comes forwards. you spend more than that on a car, therefor there is no reason or excuse to try and make me disclose the secret before paying me first. I am here to do serious business. you either take me serious or you don't. Is up to you. I know what I have and I know how much is worth.

If you honour me with the £350,000 British Sterling, to see the trade secret, then since you paid for full privileges, you can go your own way to create your own version of the C.R.-Mfee or use the technology you have seen to your advantage in any way you please (you are given that permission), with the understanding that I am given 20% world wide royalties of the profit you make from your version of the C.R.-Mfee. As without seeing the trade secret of the C.R.-Mfee and how it works, you would not have had new ideas, directions, and inventive technologies to create or implement within your technology, especially where Magnetic Force Engineering is concerned. I assure you that what I have is with great potential on a global scale with your funds and engineers. Your £350,000 upfront before seeing the trade secret of the C.R.-Mfee can make your company unprecedented richer globally than it is now. I only need one company or an investor willing to take that chance with me, and that company or investor will know the trade secret of the C.R.-Mfee and the only company leading the way to a brighter future for themselves and everyone else in the world, becoming unprecedented richer within five years.
I know! And I'm sure anyone reading this is probably thinking the same thing. who is going to give me £350,000 upfront before seeing the trade secret of the C.R.-Mfee? but I will say this: Considering in what they are going to see and know for paying me £350,000 to see it, it is nothing when compare the billions the C.R.-Mfee will become to be worth due to being a product that will serve globally once it is perfected by their engineers, specially when the C.R.-Mfee can be implemented within the Car Industry, the Power Stations Industry and the Airliners of the World, and everything else in between. Sorry, but it is my invention, my hard years of work, my knowledge and know how and my C.R.-Mfee, my C.R.-Mfee and mine alone, and therefor for those reasons, any one who wants to do business with me, will be according to my terms and conditions or nothing, sorry, but, you either trust me and honour my words when I say that I have something in which I know you will be more than impress and give me the £350,000 upfront before seeing anything or you don't. This is the only thing I ask to agree on my terms, anything else after that, you can negotiate as you like to your own advantage as long as I get my 20% royalties out of the profit you will make, world wide. Understand that within the C.R.-Mfee structure there are variations of inventive technology and depending on who the company is, the technology I may disclose on a company such as a car manufacturer is not the same technology that I will disclose to a power station company, and so on, as the technology structure would not be the same, but they all fall under the same principle of Magnetic Force Engineering within the C.R.-Mfee structure. A clear understanding of this is found under the page title: TRADE SECRET C.R.-Mfee. But, saying that. The company or government sector that is willing to invest, will know all the other variations of the C.R.-Mfee.
There is no reason in why two people may not
independently come up with a similar invention, then if you like, we can come to some kind of an agreement and join
forces, although if that was the case, never the less, the £350,000 you have paid upfront would still have been worth it, mainly because you would had gained further knowledge and know how and even missing links, if it was to be found that you are already working on a similar technology where magnetic force engineering is of concerned. But like I already said: If anyone is or have, I would have already known about it, and so would everyone in the world by now. therefore I know I have something that is a game changer.
Or you can fund me the money I need to take the full C.R.-Mfee structure from the working models to the prototypes, and you fund me £1,000,000 (One Million British Sterling), you will then own 30% of my company and of all the alternative inventions that exist within the C.R.-Mfee Structure as well, such as: for the Power Stations, the Car manufacturers, the future Electric airplanes and everything else in between, where it will then become a stablished and registered company.
